Sony Xperia S Android 4.0 Update Confirmed!

There is good news for the users of Sony Xperia S users, as the flagship phone will soon get to taste Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Even though the update is little late, at least it has been confirmed on its official support forum site.

The company is expected to launch the much awaited ICS OS update on the their flagship phone by the end of this month or the start of June. It is even said that the update might happen in May itself because few of the Sony devices have already received the update. This update will be available for the Xperia S from OTA and PC.

Sony Xperia S is the first Smartphone that was announced when Sony discontinued their partnership with Ericsson. It was announced in CES 2012 with 1.5 GHz dual-core CPU and 4.3 inch display with 12.1 megapixel camera.
