One more inexpensive or affordable tablet has arrived in the Indian market; similar to other new entrants this tablet also comes pre-loaded with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. This tablet is released by a firm called Pantel Technologies Private Limited, and it is known as ‘Penta T-Pad.’

The firm has released this tablet in alliance with BSNL to confirm that this tablet will be available for customers who are located in remote areas of country as well. The Penta T-Pad is officially cost at Rs. 4,999.

It is a tablet that features 7-inch LCD capacitive touchscreen display with 800×480 pixels resolution. 1 GHz Cortex A8 processor supports this tablet; it offers Wi-Fi connectivity and also 3G USB dongle. The Penta T-Pad also contains 4GB of built-in storage capacity, extendable memory up to 32GB, RAM 512MB, and front facing 0.3-megapixel camera. The firm states that battery endures for more than 6 hours on standby after a complete charge.

It will be pre-loaded with applications containing Twitter and Facebook for Angry Birds, social networking, and also video calling application Skype. Though, all these applications are available in free of cost via Google play store.
